Convert by format

The most searched conversions, each with its own page and its own defaults.

Why UltKit

Built around the number you were given

Most converters give you a box and a button. UltKit starts from the requirement: 20 KB for an exam portal, 10 MB for Discord, 3.5 × 4.5 cm for a visa form. Each page carries the right defaults and the facts behind them.

How it works

Exact size targets

Compress a photo or PDF to a precise KB or MB figure. The tool searches quality levels and, if needed, downscales until it lands under the limit.

Every format that matters

HEIC, WebP, AVIF, camera RAW, PDF, DOCX, EPUB, MP4, MKV, FLAC and more than a hundred others, converted both ways.

Private by design

Files travel over HTTPS, are processed by software only and are deleted 30 minutes after the job finishes. No account, no history.

Works on your phone

Upload straight from the camera roll, adjust the options with your thumb, download the result. The same tools, the same limits, on any screen.

Who uses UltKit

One toolkit, many deadlines

  • Students and applicants

Exam portals and scholarship forms that want a photo under 50 KB and a signature under 20 KB, in exactly the pixels they specify.

  • Office workers

Contracts that must be under 2 MB to email, scans that need to become searchable PDFs, decks that need to be PDFs by noon.

  • Creators

Clips that have to fit Discord, Instagram or a client's upload limit, and GIFs that stay sharp without ballooning.

  • Designers and developers

WebP and AVIF for the web, SVG from a logo, fonts in WOFF2, icons in every size, without opening a heavy app.

  • Travellers and families

Passport, visa and ID photos that meet each country's size and background rules, printed four to a sheet.

  • Anyone with a HEIC

iPhone photos that will not open on a work laptop, WebP files that a print shop rejects, RAW shots from a camera.

How it works

Upload, adjust, download. Then we delete.

Every tool follows the same three steps, and every step is explained on the page you are using. Nothing is hidden behind a paywall or a sign-up form.

  1. 1

    Add your file

Drag it in, pick it from your device or paste it from the clipboard. The page rejects the wrong type before anything is uploaded.

  2. 2

    Check the defaults

The headline options are already set for the job on this page. Change any of them, or open Advanced settings for the rest.

  3. 3

    Convert and download

Processing happens on our servers so large files behave the same on a phone. Download one file or a ZIP.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they upload

Short answers here; the longer versions live on each tool page and in the privacy policy.

Is UltKit free?

Yes. Every tool is free with no account, no watermark and no daily quota beyond the per-file limits shown next to each upload area. The site is supported by advertising.

What happens to my files?

They are uploaded over HTTPS, processed by software, and deleted automatically 30 minutes after processing finishes. Nobody looks at them and they are never used for anything else.

What is the maximum file size?

95 MB per file for every tool, and up to 20 files per batch on most tools. The exact limit is printed on each page.

Can I change the preset values?

Always. A page like Compress image to 20 KB simply starts with 20 filled in. Change it to 50, switch the output format or open Advanced settings for everything else.

Does converting reduce quality?

Only when the job calls for it. Compressing to a small target lowers quality by design and the page tells you how far you can go; format conversions between lossless formats, resizing and PDF operations do not degrade content.

Why are there so many pages for one tool?

Because the requirements differ. A page for 20 KB and a page for 200 KB carry different defaults, different facts about who asks for that size and different advice on what survives it.

Do you work on mobile?

Yes. Every tool works in a mobile browser, including uploading directly from the camera roll on iPhone and Android.

Which languages are supported?

The interface and guidance are available in 40 languages. Where a country has its own photo or document standard, the relevant pages carry that country's numbers.

Start with the size you were asked for

Open the tool, type the number, drop the file. The page does the rest and tells you what changed.
